Classes

Each class is $15 pre-paid, $20 for drop-ins. Please contact Pat Gilles for more information.

TOTAL BODY 1: 1 hour, 5:30 p.m. Monday, 7 a.m. Tuesday or 8 a.m. Saturday

Total Body is designed to improve strength, power, endurance and mental toughness with a combination of circuit and interval training. Think double the intensity of Boot Camp plus P90X.

TOTAL BODY 2: 1 hour, 6 p.m. Tuesday or Wednesday

Same as Total Body 1.

SPORT-SPECIFIC: 1 hour, 6 a.m. Friday

It doesn’t matter what sport you do. This class will improve your performance and reduce your chances for injuries. You’ll learn proper recovery techniques, which in turn will give you more energy when competing. In addition, you’ll improve your balance and core strength, two essential ingredients to any sport.

FUNDAMENTALS CLASS:  1 hour, 8:30 a.m. Thursday

This is a great class for easing into other classes.  If you are unfamiliar with the movements done in the gym this is your chance to learn how to correctly teach your body to safely workout.
