TOTAL BODY 1: 1 hour, 6 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Total Body is designed to improve strength, power, endurance and mental toughness with a combination of circuit and interval training. Think double the intensity of Boot Camp plus P90X.

TOTAL BODY 2: 1 hour, 6 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Same as Total Body 1.

SUPERHERO:1 hour, 6 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays

Want to bulk up? The Superhero class will train you to failure using traditional weights, body weight movements, rings, kettlebells … you name it. You’ll be sore as hell after each class, but the end results will be worth it!

SPORT-SPECIFIC: 1 hour, 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays

It doesn’t matter what sport you do. This class will improve your performance and reduce your chances for injuries. You’ll learn proper recovery techniques, which in turn will give you more energy when competing. In addition, you’ll improve your balance and core strength, two essential ingredients to any sport.

YOGA: 1 hour, 9:30 a.m. Saturdays

Improve your flexibility, endurance and strength in this yoga class. You’ll master relaxation techniques as well as how to loosen up from every day activities.
