Roza Gilles

Roza Gilles is a unique trainer at Pat’s Gym. Roza brings her intensity and passion to helping athletes achieve their goals. Roza has a unique way of training athletes and helping them find the enthusiasm they may be lacking. However, Roza also excels with athletes who are motivated and focused on achieving their goals.
Before becoming a Pat’s Gym athlete and coach, Roza spent 10 years as a professional model in New York. Roza left Uzbekistan at an early age driven by a desire to live a healthier life. At first, modeling in New York, Miami, LA, and many other countries Roza could not always put fitness first. However, when she committed to making fitness a priority everything changed. Roza’s sense of purpose and happiness flourished, and her inner athlete was born.
Roza is a natural athlete, but after hard work, practice, and studying Roza has grown as a coach. She understands what others feel about being intimidated to work out and being afraid to fail. Roza inspires these individuals to expose themselves and make tomorrow better than today.
Roza is an incredibly talented athlete. Roza has qualified for the CrossFit Games in Madison for 2020 (https://games.crossfit.com/athlete/1757381); Not many qualify for the Games. Roza is also 4 time National Champion of Uzbekistan. Roza’s physical fitness and mental toughness make her an elite coach, athlete, and competitor. Roza is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and ACE-certified coach.
Roza has a unique perspective that translates well to any individual whether they are seeking fat loss, wanting to become an elite athlete, wanting to add lean muscle, or wanting to put on lean muscle.
