an intense bodyweight workout

DSC04484I love workouts that involve my body weight. I weigh 165 lbs, but with an intense bodyweight workout, it gives you perspective of how much weight you’re carrying around. This workout focuses on the upper body and lower body. It’s a tough one but a lot of fun. In looking at it, on paper it doesn’t appear to be that intense; however, in reality it is. At first it’s not bad because you have time to rest. However, as you become more fatigued the rest is less and less, and the breathing starts to become more intense.

This is a mental toughness workout too because it is in the EMOM format. When trying this workout, make sure you are rested and fueled up accordingly. 60 minutes of this EMOM workout is tough, but you can get through it. Control your breathing to slow down your heart rate. Once it’s done, you will realize it is quite an accomplishment. Let me know what you think!
