A nice finisher to help with strength and growth…

After the main part of my training, I sometimes enjoy a finisher to get some quality contractions in that will help my muscles grow. I love a good pump and usually my number one choice is to work my biceps. 

This finishing EMOM really hits the biceps with a functional bodybuilding twist. Each minute attacks the biceps in different ways. Pronated grips, mixed grip, and wide grip each provide a subtle variation on the muscle stimulus, and the tall kneeling base is one I love to recruit stability in a different way from standing
