SMMF (single movement mind fuck/mental toughness)

DSC07055This is a simple workout that is a lot of fun. It, again involves my 125# MB, which I am becoming more comfortable carrying, holding and throwing. I am working my way up to the 150# MB. So, stay tuned for that!

In this exercise, I term it an “SMMF” format. That is “single movement mind fuck” workout. It is intense, and generally you will start out holding the ball for less time than what your capable of doing. After you calm down, the holds get longer and longer. Eventually, with fatigue the holds will start to decrease in terms of time. Enjoy it!
