New challenges

Every week, I add in an exercise to my program that focuses on my weaknesses, or in something that challenges me. Generally, these areas of opportunity are areas that are physically or emotionally painful. I love these opportunities because these moments are the most impactful when it comes to true growth.
Most people don’t want to experience hardship. However, and only want to give the perception of hardship, but the toughest times are the best teachers. You don’t have to enjoy it during the workout, but just hang on and you will learn something, and it will be rewarding.
Today the yoke fell under this category. I do not have much experience with the yoke so this partner workout with Roza challenged me in more ways than one. We warmed up with some easy cardio and some pull-ups ladders.
