Great strength endurance upper body workout

This day, I wanted a great strength endurance upper body workout, and this workout fit. I spent a long time warming up with some good shoulder work. If you want to bench a lot, you better add in extra shoulder work to protect them from injuries or imbalances. The bosu chest press is always a functional way to bench while really engaging your core.
Going to failure on pull ups is a great way to work the antagonist muscles after pushing, and don’t let the mind be your limiting factor.
From there I had some fun using chains and strip sets on the bench. I love using chains because they make the easiest part of the movement harder and hardest part of the movement easier while teaching you to power through sticking points.
