If you are short on time and want a really intense workout that gets the job done, then this workout is for you. This workout is great for traveling and when a gym is packed. You don’t need a lot of room, and you can do it in a corner.
For this workout, feel free to scale the reps and distance as needed to get the desired effect. Remember for the intensity to be correct each interval should take 50sec; therefore, if you need to do 15 burpees and 150m run that works.
I also say the length of a workout is the inverse of intensity, and usually the shorter the workout the higher the heart rate will be. Also remember a workout like this will require some good glycogen for the top end speed.
Remember, there is never an excuse not to work out if you are short on time.
