On weekends when I don’t go into the gym I take advantage of my surroundings. Generally, I have Saturday as a fun workout day, and then Sunday is generally a rest day but there are exceptions. This day was a Sunday, but I wanted to tax my core and mental toughness.
It was a beautiful day, so I wanted to workout outside. I have heavy medicine balls which I love using. For this one I used the 125# MB. It was daunting but a lot of fun (once it was over). Give it a try and let me know what you think of it. If you don’t have a MB you can substitute with a sandbag.
