A great “death by” partner workout – try it!

This workout was a fun, mental toughness, power endurance workout. This was a “death by” workout. Anything I use the format “death by” it means EMOM do 1 rep and each minute adds 1 rep until failure. This format starts off easy and gets extremely hard.

With this workout, I added a twist through using a partner and calories on a machine. You can work with your partner on the machine, but as reps get harder you have to have a different strategy.
