On this day, I wanted a hard grind from start to finish and this workout was perfect. The goal was to get as many sled pushes as possible with the remaining time, after a 1000m bike and db complex all in 6 minutes. It was nonstop from the very start until the very end.
I used a challenging enough weight on the db complex to require full attention. I was averaging around 10 laps each round on the sled pushes.
This was a total body workout, but the legs definitely felt it the most. If you don’t have access to a sled you could sub in weighted lunges and if you don’t have a bike you could do a 500m ski or row.
