A mix between strength endurance and power endurance

I love different type of workouts, and this one is unique. This one is a mix between strength endurance and power endurance.
The goal of this workout is to do the bench press at your bodyweight and deadlift around 60% of your 1RM or about 130% of your bodyweight. This workout rewards your power to weight ratio and relative strength. The goal is simply to do it as fast as possible with perfect form.
We did this with a group of 5 people so there was some extra competition mixed in, which always makes it exciting. We warmed up with the specific movements that we used on the big compound lifts. This is the key to lift heavier weight than the weight you are using in the circuit; simply, this will make the working weight feel lighter.
