I really have enjoyed using the Purmotion hexagon bar. I love doing complexes with the bar because it is easy to find a weakness and it builds fast. When you start at 10 and do plenty of volume, it really helps dial in technique and turns into quite the strength endurance workout.
In this workout, the hardest part was going from cleans to the presses. This new bar really engages your core and loads up your hips and glutes in a safe way. You can feel the weight, but don’t have to worry about injuries.
I added in some extra hip work with the ATP marching. I look forward to experiencing using this more.
