A Short Workout that

 

DSC08301Many of the athletes that I work with are short on time for many reasons: kids, a busy job, a heavy travel schedule, being on call, etc. This list goes on. However, I always say that being short on time should never be an excuse not to workout. My moto is that duration is the inverse of intensity so when its short it should be higher in intensity.

This is a workout you can do anywhere because all you need is yourself, and it can be done at the gym, in a hotel, or at your house. This is a power endurance workout, and you will do movements EMOM (every minute on the minute). The faster you do the movements the more rest you get and you have to take advantage of any rest you get by breathing deep through your nose and out through your mouth.
