An Extremely Tough Power Endurance Workout

DSC09521I love doing workouts based on your bodyweight because it really shows you if your power to weight ratio is up to par.  Having a strong power to weight ratio is extremely important for functionality and carrying your body around to do hard/simple tasks in life. If you find these types of workouts hard, you need to focus on your strength along with dropping body fat.

I found the bike and deadlift the easiest because of the fast transitions, and I am extremely efficient with deadlifts. The rower and burpee pull-ups took the longest because of the slow transitions on the rower, and the difficult compound movement of burpee pull-ups.

Enjoy this workout and be prepared to suffer and dig deep mentally.
