This month is all about April, and this month we want to profile Aprilaire, a Research Products Corporation, who knows how to take care of its employees. Starting about five years ago, Aprilaire approached Pat’s Gym to see if there was a possibility of a partnership. Aprilaire wanted to implement a wellness program that reduced costs of its medical insurance programs, but also would keep its employees healthy, more productive and would help attract/retain employees. The partnership with Pat’s Gym has delivered on all these goals. Aprilaire invests in its employees and is reaping the benefits. Aprilaire employees value the benefits of working out at Pat’s Gym and can’t imagine leaving the Company because they could not imagine another company caring about its employees as much as Aprilaire. In addition, Aprilaire employees have experienced many benefits of working out at Pat’s Gym including weight loss, lower triglycerides, better heart rates, and stress reduction.
