Box squats

I have been incorporating more box squats into my workouts. I have found that it is a great structural exercise that I am loving. I find that it has made my front and back squats a lot stronger. In addition, it has helped make my hips feel a whole lot more solid. I have found that from a structural perspective, it’s a great exercise and a nice workout.

I did a workout with front squat box squats. I was excited about it, and my enthusiasm definitely pushed me. I had forgotten about how much a front squat box squat will work the core. The core is under constant pressure to stabilize the body. After this workout, I was sore for a few days afterward.
