This is a new exercise I created to isolate the side of the core. I like to mix up exercises that work on the core. You will perform a full moon, and as the bag comes around, you will land it on one of your shoulders. Embrace the bag using your core, landing in a squat.
Anytime you load one side of your body, and perform a movement using predominately one side, you will put more stress on your proprioception and core to balance it out. Since the bag is not going as high as if you were simply doing a full moon, you can get away with using a heavier weighed bag. You can see exactly how to do this exercise by viewing the video which is in the Online exercise library.
