Complexes – Short on time, then try one!

Complexes are a great option to get a ton of work into a short time period. They offer conditioning benefits, as well as strength benefits. Also, they are great at highlighting imbalances that go unnoticed with single movement sets. If one of the movements is the limiting factor, it is a good idea to add more of that exercise into your routine.
For this workout, the bottom up press was the hardest for me. I love the bottom up press because it is a great movement that really taxes the grip.
Give this circuit a try and remember to start light as it really builds. Only go up in weight if you can do all the movements unbroken.
