Every exercise in a workout should have a purpose! Do yours?

Every exercise in a workout should have a purpose. This workout was very diverse, but each exercise had a purpose.
I started this workout with exercises that focused on hip and glute strength. This warm up was on the ATP machine. This machine has really protected my lower body and strengthened it in more ways than one.
After this workout, I come up with a met ball complex that was a challenging ladder. I love what I came up — a met ball complex challenge ladder. I love incorporating heavy sandbags or heavy met ball into as many of my sessions as possible. I find including these exercises into my sessions is a great way to target and ensure my core and stabilizers are switched on. In addition, these exercises fire these muscles throughout the workout.
I came up with some new movements in the complex that were extremely challenging. Don’t’ be afraid to try new things and always push the limits.
