For a healthy 2018 – Incorporate Structural Workouts

DSC05634Most athletes love to go hard either focusing on power or strength. It’s fun to go hard, but you can’t do that all the time. You only have one body, so don’t forget to mix in structural workouts. Most people don’t like shoulder work, but it definitely helps with upper and lower body strength and health. If your goal is to deadlift or squat heavy, you still need a strong upper body.

This is a great structural shoulder workout, which I am a strong believer in. It will help you take your game to the next level.
