I love burpees and never get tired of them. However, many of my athletes complain. Generally, they will complain because they are not efficient at them. Once efficiency comes, so does a life for them.
With burpees, I always try to mix it up with burpees. The traditional burpee pull-up is one way to work it up. This month coaches at Pat’s Gym will show you new ways to mix-up your burpees. It’s not for the weak of heart or if you are still new to working out. Try some of the ones you see, but it will be a challenge.
Each coach at Pat’s Gym will show you how to do 4 or 5 burpees that you have never done before or that you should try. Burpees are already a great movement, but at Pat’s Gym we take them to the next level.
As with any new exercise, do a proper warm up before you try these. For some of them, you may need to create a progression to doing them. This is a great way to have fun while working out.
In this post, I will show you two workouts that I love to do if you want to get better at burpees. It’s a great way to keep them interesting….
