Introducing new trainers

introducting the new
When looking for a new coach it is important to find someone you can trust. The right coach needs to be a supporter, friend, psychologist and leader. They must be a specialist in changing workload, intensity and methods. It takes someone else to show you what you’re capable of doing. There’s always someone to do it but you must be willing to have it done and find the right fit.

We have built up a great environment and team at Pat’s Gym. Each coach brings something new and energetic that is motivating for everyone who steps foot through the doors. I am happy to introduce the team below and share their bios listed on the webpage.

Becky Lotto | email: becky@patsgym.com
Becky has been a sports enthusiast since a very young age. After running her first four-mile road race at the age of six, she continued her passion for running throughout college and has competed in various marathons as a Boston qualifier. Running led her to become a personal trainer and help support individuals in achieving their fitness and nutritional goals. Becky has played roller derby and captained for the Mad Rollin’ Dolls affiliate league team for the past four years. This has helped her gain a greater appreciation for functional, full-body movement exercises and an improved understanding of injury prevention and sports recovery. She also practices yoga and is well-versed in raw foodism and plant-based nutrition for athletes.

David McKercher | email: david@patsgym.com

He enjoys the challenge of creating effective training programs for all kinds of athletes, including the Wisconsin Women’s Rugby Team, who he had the pleasure of training. He feels that testing his own physical limits and continuing to improve his own performance are an integral part of motivating himself and others. He regularly competes in endurance events and strongman competitions. David is a CF Level 1 coach, Crossfit football coach, FMS certified, USAW sports performance 1v11 and is CPR/AED certified.
