May Monthly Challenge


The May Monthly Challenge will be sprint triathlon using the concept2 equipment. It will be 500m on the SkiErg, BikeErg, and the Concept2 Row. The female and male athlete with the lowest time wins and we can all learn from them about how to be great athletes. The time includes transition times and the order has to be the same of ski, bike, and row. Try early in the month, and then again at the end of the month, to see how you improve during the month. You don’t want to miss out on this one.
