Nothing better than a long grind on a Saturday morning!

DSC09331Generally, when the week is done and I’ve gotten 5 days of tough workouts in, I will have something fun planned for my Saturday. This one was a long grind that I needed to finish within an hour – an hour and a half. To do that, there was no stopping but just focusing on being in the moment to not blow up. I had to pace myself in order have sufficient energy to finish strong. I generally don’t like to peter out and end the workout dying. It took discipline to conserve my energy. This got tough around round 5 – 6, when I realized that I was about a fifth of the way done. However, I just focused on the next exercise to be performed.

Try it out and let me know what you think. It’s tough, but you can get through it!
