October Monthly Challenge

October Monthly Challenge — This month’s challenge is a fun one, and everyone can do it! It’s one of those challenges that you can dramatically improve on throughout the month; therefore, try it at the beginning of the month and throughout. You will be surprised at how you can improve throughout the month.

If you know how to jump rope, you can dominate this challenge. The October Challenge is:

Jump Rope

Coaches: Max double-unders in a row (two times around) unbroken

Athletes: Max single jump rope revolutions in a row (one time around) unbroken

The athletes with the most revolutions (counting is one time around for athletes and two times around for coaches) win!

The September Monthly Challenge – The September Monthly challenge was a great one, and incredibly intense. It was a lot of fun, but you had to be prepared for it. We had athletes working on it throughout the month, and they dominated! It’s what Pat’s Gym is all about.
