With summer just around the corner, the next Pat’s Gym Community Event will take place outdoors. The last few outdoor Pat’s Gym Community Events drew over 50 athletes, friends, family (including kids) and others. The workouts are always an EMOM using a deck of cards. It’s a Pat’s Gym original, and it’s a great workout.
