Monday’s are always great days. I always feel energized because of the needed rest, and the intentional eating on Sunday. Also, on Monday’s seeing the athletes in classes and in private coaching sessions at 6:00 a.m. is always inspiring. The drive of the athletes to get to the Gym that early, and to push themselves always amazes me. Those folks make no excuses to avoid hard work. I am so excited where the Gym is going, but I can get into that more on a later occasion.
