In the last few days, I have really put in some volume. To support that volume, I ate a lot of carbs and fats. Today was no different. I focused on a pushing, strength endurance workout. It is one thing to be strong, but if you are not functional it doesn’t mean shit. Having a great power-to-weight ratio, and doing bodyweight volume is one of the best ways to attain that. Tomorrow is going to be a recovery day.
Next week is going to be short for my daily postings as the month ends on Monday. I am thinking of offering these daily postings with more variety to online members. However, I’ll go with feedback I receive from our athletes, so please let me know your preferences. Next week will be a recovery week. Also, next week my diet will be very healthy to help maintain my desired power-to-weight ratio, and low body fat. So stay tuned….
