I love when Mondays come. I feel energized from my Sunday rest, and having fueled for a hard workout. Most people dread the week, but I love what I do. Each morning when I’m at the Gym, I am highly motivated by all of the athletes working hard, focused, and getting closer to achieving their goals. Also, from a personal perspective, I am always excited to plan my workouts for the week. Even after all these years, I still get excited about pushing myself, and setting and reaching new goals. However, it is always good to have a plan, but you need to be willing to change things based on performance and how your body is responding.
With that as an introduction, I will now turn to my workout and nutrition.
