Power Endurance Workout

Sometimes I enjoy doing a workout where the warm up is built into the workout. It’s all about
mixing the workouts up to make them interesting. In this workout, the distance and rest stay
the same, but the pace increases each round. When picking a starting pace, you should be
about 38-40secs off your personal best on a 500m all out.
The workout should start off really easy and at a warm up pace. When you get to the 8 th or
9 th round you should be questioning your mental toughness. Similar to the death by burpees or
farmer carries, this format will really sneak up on you fast. This workout is a great one in which
to get some solid volume on the cardio machine of your choice. This workout is also a great way
to test your progress.
Give this workout a try, let me know where you end up.
