We are giving two options: One for the coaches and one set of weights for non-coaches or anyone who wants to go up on the weight.
The August Monthly Challenge – The August Monthly challenge was a fun one, using a piece of new equipment at the gym. It was doing as many laps on the new peg board as possible without touching feet on the ground. The ground rules were:
- The athlete had to start on the third set of holes from the bottom with both pegs
- The athlete had to hit the top to holes with both pegs
- If the athlete can’t do a lap she/he had to hang for time and hands need to be below your head (45sec = 1 lap)
The winners of the Pat’s Gym August Monthly Challenge were Chuck Mckain with just over three laps, and Annie Hughes with over two laps. Great job!
