If you are looking for a great workout at home, a hotel gym, or if you’re limited on space, here is a great challenge for you. All you need is a set of dbs and map out 200m for a run or find a piece of cardio equipment. For loading you should grab between 45-65# dbs for males and 20-35# dbs for females, but feel free to scale to your needs.
Try to maintain a fluid pace with minimal rest and focus on perfect range of motion. Again, you can always get an amazing workout even with little equipment. I have done several variations of this workout when I travel or if I need to workout at home.
