Short on time? Then try this upper body workout!

On this day, I was limited on time and wanted to do something that would get my heart rate up and challenge my muscular endurance. The pull-ups were easy and steady, and I really focused on full extension at the bottom and hitting my chest at the top.
The squats were focused on strength endurance, and I was working at sub-max level, so my muscles were the limiting factor.
On the SkiErg, I set a specific time to hit so that it kept me honest, and made me sprint rather than just pace through the entire minute.
This format was a nice steady build and exactly what I needed with limited time.
