Short on time, then up the intensity….

Many days I am short on time. I have learned that you need to dial up the intensity. On this time, I was short on time so I needed an intense workout that would set me up for success for the rest of the day.
For this workout, I incorporated my favorite equipment and body movements. I used the SkiErg, did burpees, and took advantage of some heavyweight in my house using a 125# ball.
In this format, you have to crank through the 20 calories around 50sec, and you can’t go slow on the burpees, otherwise, you run out of any time to do the GTS.
I love EMOMs because they reward you for going faster, and punish you for slowing down on any movement. My goal was to finish in 14mins (10 GTS per round). I achieved my goal, which was quite painful.
If you are doing this on your own, you could use the rower or bike, and easily use a barbell or Kb’s for the GTS. Give it a go and let me know your times.
