Start off July with an Intense Workout!

DSC09276I wanted to start off July with a series of intense workouts. The Knowledge posts that I will do in July will be of intense workouts that I have planned for July. July is always a great month to reset where you are, and to increase the intensity. The gym is nice and hot, so the muscles are nice an flexible.

This power endurance workout, is tough because the man makers that I’m doing will be with KBs and not DBs. The burpee box jumps activate the lower part of your body, so when you get to the deadlifts and the Ski, I was all warmed up.

I hope that you enjoy this one. It’s tough so fuel up, and hydrate!
