With a supplemental workout, you can target a specific part of our body. This one targets upper body strength, while improving shoulder health. Also, you can work on form so that when you’re ready to add on weight you have the basics down, and the foundation can support it.
For most of this workout, you should work in a slow and controlled fashion, focusing on form. If you want to be able to go hard in other areas of fitness, you need to protect your shoulders. This workout will do just that.
