The coaches at Pat’s Gym train together to share best practices, push each other, and ensure their athletes receive the best and latest strategies to succeed.

You have read and heard the winning philosophies of Pat Gilles owner of Pat’s Gym. Pat ensures that his coaches follow his philosophies and teach their athletes how to succeed through high quality coaching. The coaches consistently get together to train with each other to share best practices, and to ensure that their athletes are receiving the same high quality training as given by Pat Gilles himself. Pat oversees all coaching that occurs to ensure that Pat’s Gym continues to help athletes achieve their optimum performance. Come give it a try.

Regardless if you train in the Gym, or if you’re an Online Training athlete under Pat Gilles’s guidance, you will succeed. Private coaching is uniformly high quality.

Online Training, although established for athletes who wanted to train with Pat Gilles but lived far away from Madison, WI has helped numerous remote athletes succeed in various races and other competitions. However, with the release of the new website on which the Online Training platform resides, Online Training is becoming increasingly popular with athletes who were previously taking private coaching sessions at Pat’s Gym. Online Training allows you to train where you wish and when you want. If you’re a busy executive with a demanding work schedule and travel schedule, the workouts can be designed to accommodate your schedule. If you’re an entrepreneur with a demanding and unpredictable schedule, Pat Gilles can accommodate you. If you’re a competitive athlete with a competition to prepare for, Online Training has proven to be successful in preparing these athletes to succeed in their competition. It’s proven to be very effective.

How I prepared for today’s session, shows how our coaches prepare for classes and private coaching sessions. Today I wanted to introduce some new movements to the coaches as well as do movements we rarely do in the gym. As coaches of Pat’s Gym we never want to put someone through something we haven’t done or are not willing to do. When programing for private sessions or Online Training sessions it is important to have a wide range of movements and exercises that get the job done. Not one person is the same so it should never be a one size fits all approach. That is one of the main visions Pat’s Gym follows and applies with standards. The cool down was some good old competition. When doing competition in the gym be smart about the exercise set up and the number one goal is no one gets hurt. If you do personal training or Online Training I am sure you will see something similar to this workout if it pertains to your goals. Here is the workout below:
