The March Monthly Challenge – The March Monthly Challenge is short, but intense. It should only take a few minutes. It’s focused on power, but don’t be intimidated. It will expose a lot and test you mentally. This challenge involves a basic movement. Try it and see what you can do. This is one challenge that you want to do early in the month, mid-month, and then later in the month. You will improve!

- 50 box jumps for time 24/20” Male/Female
- You must get full extension at the top position
- You can step down or jump down
The February Monthly Challenge – The February Monthly Challenge was short, but it seemed like it could take forever. It helped expose weaknesses, including mental weaknesses, with Olympic lifts. It was a complex movement. The weight also was a bit intimidating; however, it was a popular challenge. The February Monthly Challenge was:
