It’s always great to have the Reebok CrossFit Games in town – Madison is so blessed to be hosting them. The athletes walking around town, working out in the gym, checking out the venues, and competing at various locations is amazing to see. The athletes are not only very talented, but their passion, drive and focus are something to view and experience. If you aren’t planning on attending, then reconsider. The athletes are an inspirational.
As part of making it fun, Reebok provides the CrossFit Barge which is a floating platform where coaches from Madison and beyond can teach classes. I taught 3 classes, which were well attended. Thanks to those who attended my classes – we had fun in welcoming the Reebok CrossFit Games to Madison.
