An isolation abdominal EMOM is a great way to finish out your training day. Make sure it has a purpose and the movements are designed to get you strong and train all sides of your midsection.
This EMOM stresses all parts of your core. Focus on full range of motion and going slow in a controlled manner. If the weighted movements are too hard you can do them without weight.
