When you travel, you don’t always have many options for working out. Usually decent gyms will have a pull up bar, and random weight. Sometimes, they will have a Concept2 Rower. I was lucky today because They had both a pull up bar and a Concept2 Rower.
On this day, I didn’t have much energy. However, I wanted to use this handicap so that I would have to push mentally. I always like a mental challenge.
This workout starts easy and slowly builds. The goal was 10 rounds and I made it to 1:42/500m pace. The limiting factor turned out to be the push-ups. As always, when you do pull ups make sure you focus on hitting your chest on the ground and get full lockout position at the top.
All in all, I was happy with the workout. You should try it!
