Want an Effective Recovery Workout? Try EMOMs!

dsc07098I love every minute on the minute (EMOM) workouts. I, therefore, thought why not create a recovery workout based in that format.

With recovery, you want to get the blood flowing and pick an exercise that will help you structurally. Remember that what you pick should not be too heavy in weight, and should not be to taxing on the body for a recovery. Also, rest is important between sets. You don’t want this to be an endurance workout.

I selected a variety of exercises to help me structurally recover. I did this one when I was sore all over, and just needed over all relief.
