Your body is a system – workout, eat well, and be happy.

I am always talking about taking care of yourself; working out, eating well, and sleeping. A new study confirms my conclusion.
In my experience as a coach, I have found that people who work out and eat well tend to be more optimistic. Now a study from almost 46,000 people has found that weight loss, nutrition boosting and fat reduction can reduce symptoms of depression. I have written previous blogs about how working out can also help deal with depression.
The study was one that was conducted in England. The study provides convincing evidence that dietary improvement significantly reduces symptoms of depression, even in people without diagnosed depressive disorders. This was the first study that looked at the effects of diet on mood and mental well-being. It’s exciting to see the results. The study concluded that adopting a healthier diet can boost peoples’ moods. Although, the study did not conclude that it has much impact on anxiety.
The study showed that any type of dietary improvement has equal effects on mental health. The study showed that making simple changes is beneficial for mental health. The study found that eating more nutrient-dense meals which are high in fiber and vegetables while cutting back on fast-foods and refined sugars appears will help your mental well-being.
The results of the study showed that when a good diet is combined with regular exercise, there is a greater improvement in mental health. The study concluded that eating a healthier diet and engaging in consistent exercise is a great way to help people who are depressed. The study showed that the benefits tend to be greater for women than men.
