Breaking Down Total Body Fitness Class

We offer a total of 11 classes a week at Pat’s Gym. The variety of classes takes place earning in the mornings and in the evenings throughout the week.

We started these classes for individuals who could not afford personal training but wanted to be a part of the Pat’s Gym culture. We have created an environment that is incredibly motivating and welcoming. Classes have all levels of fitness and everyone who is a part of them is extremely supportive.

Breaking down Total Body

The following is a breakdown of one of our most popular classes, Total Body Fitness.

Total Body Fitness Class is offered in three different difficulty levels. It’s designed to improve strength, power, endurance, power endurance, strength endurance and mental toughness with a combination of circuit and interval training. Each class is different and you will never do the same workout twice.

A typical class has a warm up, main set, second set and a cool down. Each coach can modify the workout to make it harder or easier based on your fitness level. The class size varies but we always try and keep it smaller so you get some individualized attention. Every instructor brings a unique style to each workout but keeps the long term goal in mind.

I think many people would benefit from the class. It is a great way to burn fat while setting up a weekly plan to fit your fitness goals. It will give you exercise ideas and push you beyond levels you thought weren’t capable. Use the classes to transform or jump-start you into better shape. I think the best way to do things is go all in. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. You would be surprised how successful you can become with the right environment. I believe that you become who you hang around with so surround yourselfwith individuals that will make you better. The standards you have are as only as good as the ones you surround yourself with. Dare to make your standards better.
