The December Monthly Challenge
Bring some extra cheer with our annual holiday tradition—the 12 Days of Christmas Challenge! This festive workout will not only challenge you but also put you in the holiday spirit.
The Challenge includes:
– 1 Devil press 50/35
– 2 Burpee deadlifts 50/35
– 3 Burpee cleans 50/35
– 4 Weighted lunges 50/30 (each side)
– 5 Weighted sit-ups 50/35 (dual)
– 6 Thrusters 50/35
– 7 SHSPU or Pike push-ups off the box
– 8 Pull-ups
– 9 Burpees
– 10 Weighted deck squats 50/35
– 11 Muscle-ups or Burpee pull-ups
– 120 cal bike erg
The workout is to be completed just as the song plays—fun, challenging, and festive! You have a 60-minute cap to finish, so challenge yourself and enjoy the holiday cheer. Scoring is based on how quickly you complete the exercises—so race the clock and have fun with it!
