The energy in the gym is about to hit a new level. The CrossFit Open kicks off this month, and we have a roster of incredible athletes ready to test their limits.

Community & Events

We recently hit a massive milestone: 15 Years of Pat’s Gym! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate. We’re just getting started.

  • April 4th @ 9:00 AM: Our next Community Event (the day before Easter). Let’s get a sweat in before the holiday festivities!
  • May 25th @ 9:00 AM: Memorial Day Murph. Mark your calendars for this annual tradition of honor, community, and grit. All fitness levels are welcome! Followed by Frios popsicles

March Monthly Challenge
The March Monthly Challenge is a fun EMOM-style progression. Try this workout and see how many rounds you can complete:

15-Minute AMRAP
250m Run
20 KB Swings (70/35#)
15 GHD Sit-Ups / 15 Toes-to-Bar (alternate rounds)

Set a goal, track your rounds, and challenge yourself to improve.
