Fall is always an exciting time at Pat’s Gym. With the change of seasons brings new goals. Let our team of coaches at Pat’s Gym help you create a fitness routine that works for you. Community Birthday Mile

We had a great showing at Roza’s Birthday Mile workout. This is going to be a yearly tradition and consists of 400m burpee jumps, 400m lunges, 400m bear crawls, and a 400m run. Birthdays have always been a workout celebration at Pat’s Gym. It reminds us of how strong we have become, were we are, and with continued consistency where we can go. Stay tuned for more events like this throughout the year. 

What Pat’s Gym Offers – 

Personal training – Sit down with a coach that fits your schedule and let them create a tailored plan for working out, nutrition, recovery, and stress management for you. If you train three times a week you get a key for the gym for 24-hour access. Having someone in front of you, correcting your form, and being there for your ups and downs will help motivate you. The Pat’s Gym’s accountability and environment have been proven to help reach the fitness goals of all endeavors. 

Online coaching – No matter where you train, having a specific tailored workout plan created for you will help. You can use your body weight, odd objects, minimal equipment at your house, any gym you belong to, or come into Pat’s gym. Programs are created a week at a time on an interactive website because life is adaptable, so your workouts need to be as well. You will give your coach feedback every day about what is working and what isn’t. Stop guessing what to eat and how to work out. Let us help you start today. 

Classes – If you need or want that group environment, classes are for you. Enjoy a great motivating workout at Pat’s Gym with people of similar values and beliefs. Mark your calendars for every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6 am. Start your weekend off the right way with a fun challenging workout at 5 pm on Friday. We have drop-in and monthly rates available.

September Monthly Challenge  

The September monthly challenge consists of 1 lap in the green room max weighted sled push 

  • The distance is door to door
  • Load up that sled with plates and the total weight on it is added to your score 
  • You will push it both ways 
  • You have only 5 sec to change directions once you get to one side of the green room 

Let’s see how heavy we can get!!!!
