With Online Coaching, Pat Gilles will not only provide you with daily workouts, he will also show you how to eat properly, how to recovery effectively, how to manage stress at the gym and in your daily life. It’s the real deal.
And now Pat Gilles will provide his Online Coaching athletes with a monthly seminar on a unique topic, followed by a workout aimed at using the information gained in the seminar. It will be a great time. Remote athletes will get a recording of the seminar, and a description of the workout so they can do it at their gym of choice.
Now there are more reasons to be an Online Coaching athlete. Let Pat Gilles educate you and help you take your fitness to the next level.

The Secret Event co-sponsored by Lululemon
In conjunction with Lululemon, Pat’s Gym is sponsoring a BIG event. Stay tuned for details about the event that will take place on Saturday, September 24th. It will be a lot of fun to watch! Come and cheer the athletes on! More details will be forthcoming, but “Let the Games Begin.”
The Monthly Challenge
September’s Monthly Challenge will not favor anyone, but the meek be wary! The challenge will be an EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout for time, where you start off on the SkiErg (with the damper on 10) with a goal of burning 300 calories, and EMOM you will need to do 5x KB swings (70# for men and 40# for women) where the KB must get to shoulder height on each swing. It will be fun, so do it early and try to improve your time throughout the month.
Congratulations to Gretchen and Chad for winning the August Monthly Challenge. The July Challenge was a 200m row and 100 burpees for time. Gretchen’s time was 14:04 minutes and Chad’s time was 13.23 minutes.
