Monthly Challenge:

October’s Monthly Challenge is going to be a tough one, and a mind blowing one. The easier it seems to get with some exercises, the harder it really gets. It is 4 rounds of 4 exercises for time. Have fun with this one.

KB swing               20     15   10      5
Goblet squat          15    20     5     10
Push up                  10      5    20    15
Burpee pull up        5     10   15    20

I want to congratulate the winners of the September Challenge who are Jake and Katie. Their times were impressive. Respectively, their times were 17.21min and 24.19min. If you recall, the challenge was 300 calories skiing and 5 KB swings EMOM.
